If a property is rented, it is the responsibility of the absentee property owner to register with the Association and submit a copy of the current rental agreement. Registration may be done by completing a form at the Association administrative office or by downloading and printing the Registration Form attached below.

We strongly encourage those renting Tyler Creek units out to request a background check in addition to a credit history.
