The Tyler Creek Homeowners' Association is managed by A2Z Realty. Joel Duvall, principal of A2Z Realty, presents a manager's report at each Association meeting. Joel has managed Tyler Creek since Jan. 1, 2001. His office is located at on Estes Drive between  Franklin Street & the 15-501 Bypass in Chapel Hill. Joel has a B.S. in Business Administration from WVU. After several years working as a real estate agent and buying investment properties, Joel decided to capitalize on the large demand for Property Managers in Chapel Hill and started his own company in 1999.
