Joel has a B.S. in Business Administration from WVU. After several years working as a real estate agent and buying investment properties, Joel decided to capitalize on the large demand for Property Managers in Chapel Hill and started his own company in 1999.

The Tyler Creek Homeowners' Association is managed by A2Z Realty. Joel Duvall, principal of A2Z Realty, presents a manager's report at each Association meeting. Joel has managed Tyler Creek since Jan. 1, 2001.

His office is located at on Estes Drive between  Franklin Street & the 15-501 Bypass in Chapel Hill.
